Stargazer Productions brought the heat with the Mrs. of Australia and Miss Little, Junior, and Teen Earth Australia 2024 pageants at the prestigious Roundhouse in UNSW. 🎉 Contestants from every corner of Australia strutted their stuff, making it a weekend to remember! 💃

👑 Among the shining stars were Jennifer Condous-Thirlmire, Eisha Joy Hobson, Georgia Karpatsis, Candice Tarrant, Maria Angela Tungol, and Klara Cassandra Mallari, who wowed the crowd with their fierce competition. 🔥

After an intense battle, Jennifer Condous snagged the crown for Miss Little Earth Australia, while Eisha Joy Hobson and Candice Tarrant claimed the titles of Miss Junior Earth Australia and Miss Teen Earth Australia, respectively. 🌏

💃 The Mrs. of Australia segment was no exception, featuring a stellar lineup including Teresa Pacubas, Rhodora Williams, Marlyn Pearce, Joy Miles, Jan Herdman, Elaine Mortel, Indira Setia Putri, Grace May, and Allison Gal. These ladies exuded grace, charm, and intelligence, leaving the audience in awe. 🌟

👸 The night ended with Grace May crowned as Mrs. Charity Queen, Jan Herdman as Mrs. Supranational Australia, Indira Setia Putri as Mrs. Grand Australia, and Rhodora Williams as Mrs. Earth Australia. 🏆

The blessings just keep on coming for Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose, who renewed her exclusive contract with GMA Network on Tuesday, March 12. 
 
The event was attended by no less than GMA Network Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, President and Chief Executive Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group, and President of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable, and Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s Vice President Joy Marcelo.
 
Also present were GMA Network’s Senior Vice President for Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy Oliver B. Amoroso, Vice President for Business Development Department III Gigi Santiago-Lara, Vice President for Business Development Department II Janine Piad-Nacar, Assistant Vice President for Business Development Department II Enri T. Calaycay, and Assistant Vice President for Corporate Communications Jojo Aquio.
 
Julie Anne expressed her gratitude for the trust and support that GMA Network has given her, “GMA Network, thank you so much for believing in me, my talents, and my capabilities. I also want to thank Sparkle, thank you so much po. Sa GMA Entertainment Group, thank you for allowing me to grow and to all the people I’ve worked with, GMA Synergy even GMA News, and sa GMA Pictures din po.”
 
“Kaya nga tinawag na Kapuso kasi dito, mafe-feel mo yung love ng mga tao na nakasuporta sayo, at tumutulong sayo na mag-improve sa craft mo. Dito ko nakita at naramdaman yun, with GMA. That’s why I’m forever proud to be a Kapuso.”  the Limitless Star added.
 
Meanwhile, Atty. Gozon acknowledged Julie Anne’s incredible talents as an artist, “Kaya tinawag na Limitless Star si Julie Anne, hindi lamang sa kanta, sa hosting, sa drama, in short walang limit ang kanyang kakayahan and I’m really proud na siya ay homegrown.”
 
Duavit, on the other hand, recalled Julie Anne’s remarkable journey as a Kapuso, ”Looking back 18 years, I immediately recall how you evolved, how you’ve changed, and somehow blossomed. Your versatility is unique, and your achievements up to this point are very commendable and outstanding. At hindi ako nagkakamali, sigurado sa hinaharap, madadagdagan pa ‘yan. So, stay the course stay the person you are.”
 
Yalong was grateful as Julie Anne continues to stay with GMA, “I would like to extend my thank you to Julie Anne for again trusting GMA Network and Sparkle to continue to manage your career. I’ve seen how Julie Anne grew from a kid to a singer and an actress. No doubt and I think no one can contest that she is also the premiere singing talent of GMA Network.”
 
Atty. Gozon-Valdes, in turn, recognized Julie Anne’s growth and dedication to her craft. “We’ve seen you blossom and grow into the person you are now and talagang limitless ka. Not only with your talent but with who you are, and we can’t wait to see what else you can achieve.”
 
Rasonable added that the Entertainment Group is ready to provide Julie Anne the platform to continue showing her many talents, “Asahan mo na palaging ang Entertainment Group ay gagawa ng mga proyekto, ng mga palabas na susuporta sa iyo. Four Big Awards for GMA Network at the 20th Philippine Quill Awards

Leading media company GMA Network begins the year with four big wins at the 20th Philippine Quill Awards. Projects encouraging compassion for the environment and appreciation for Philippine culture and tradition prove once more that the Network provides more than world-class entertainment to audiences while ensuring these are accessible across multiple platforms.

Three projects of the Network won under the Communication Skills Division. First is “Sinking Cities,” which is part of the Climate Change Special Reports series of “24 Oras.” The feature delved into the critical issue of places beginning to sink due to rising sea levels caused by climate change.

Next is “The Importance of Sierra Madre,” from late-night newscast “Saksi,” which highlighted the vital role the mountain range plays in protecting places from powerful typhoons.

These special features secured Excellence Awards for GMA Integrated News under Category 22 Audio/Visual.

Further, original Spotify podcast “Sounds and Stories of the Philippines” produced by GMA Integrated News and GMA Public Affairs, received an Excellence Award under Category 21: Digital Communication/Communication for the Web. The podcast is aimed at showcasing the best in Philippine culture and designed to be accessed and appreciated by a wider audience. It is also another step undertaken by the Network in distributing quality content available on online platforms. “Sounds and Stories of the Philippines” is told by veteran voiceover artist Shirley Escalante through ASMR.

New Heights of Harmony: Ben&Ben Collaborates with Belle Mariano in Duet Version of ‘Autumn’ for ABS-CBN Series!

Nine-piece Filipino band Ben&Ben introduces a duet version of their single “Autumn” with new gen phenomenal actress Belle Mariano as part of the official soundtrack of ABS-CBN’s hit primetime series “Can’t Buy Me Love.”

“Autumn” tackles the distance between two people who are grappling to make their relationship work. It was composed by Ben&Ben’s Paolo Benjamin and Miguel Benjamin who also produced the song collaboration alongside ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo and Jean Paul Verona. Previously, The band released its original version last November.

Recently, Belle released her second album “Somber” which included several hit singles such as “Bugambilya” and “Somber and Solemn.” The album claimed the top spot of iTunes Philippines album chart upon its release while its tracks charted in the top 30 of singles chart.

Aside from her music, she also became prominent as a talented actress following her successful series “He’s Into Her” and romcom flicks “Love Is Color Blind” and “An Inconvenient Love.” Currently, she stars in “Can’t Buy Me Love” along with on-screen partner Donny Pangilinan.

Meanwhile, Ben&Ben is an award-winning folk-pop band from Manila, Philippines. The band has endeared itself to many with their heartfelt lyrics, unique musicality, and their electric vibe onstage. They dedicate themselves to bringing richness to the music they create through songs of hope, love, and positivity.
